- Perform order processing for the customers handled by staffs,
including all paper works, system update and reporting.
- Follow the instruction from the Operation manager.
- Provide proactive service to achieve customer service quality.
- Perform customer services to fulfill the clients’ requirements.
- Follow up the job orders and report situation to Operation
manager or above.
- To assist Operation manager to solve and feedback the problem
- Liaise with the clients about the job order on the daily.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to get job information
on the daily.
- Willing to work on shifts and may have a little physical work.
