• Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to recruitment, audits, compensation & benefits and staff relations
• Responsible for entry and maintain staff employee data, including personal data, leave records, attendance records in HRIS and ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
• Handle full spectrum of C&B related functions including payroll, allowance calculation, taxation, staff movement, staff probation, MPF administration and shift arrangement etc.
• Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management monitoring, review and decision-making;
• Handle C&B projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
• Provide administration supports to the team
• Ad hoc projects as assigned
