Currently, FLOROMA has 4 retail shops in Hong Kong with exports to overseas markets.

We are looking for candidate who are self-motivated, passionate about marketing and sales and wish to nurture their business mindset. Unlike big marketing firm, every staff has a direct and significant impact to our company. ‧ Well structured rotation training to different department including customers service, retail shops and operations
‧ Solid training to both online and offline marketing
‧ Fast-growing company with strong potential and profitability
‧ Support planning & execution of marketing campaigns (both online and offline campaigns)
‧ Create engaging graphics, photos, imagery, video and copy using AI or photoshop or Canva
‧ Participate in Event Management such as Pop-up, shop opening ceremony, and corporate perfume-making class or perfume bar.
‧ Responsible for channel management with existing retail distribution
‧ Participate in product development such as sourcing and marketing research
‧ Analyze sales data and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives
‧ Handled customer enquiry on social media platforms in a timely and appropriate manner
