Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the human resources operation including monthly payroll, tax filing, MPF administration, staff benefit, recruitment, staff enrollment and termination, leave record, staff training and etc
- To review and modify existing HR policies and practices and make them more practical to business model
- To maintain HR database by using SAP system
- To liaise with different department to understand the needs of different staff
- To liaise with Headquarter to know the updated information of Group HR policies
- To prepare the monthly HR reports (like staff turnover rate, HR expense ratio and etc)
