Procurement Officer

Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplines.

2 or 3 years working experience is preferred.

Having purchasing experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in Word and Excel

Familiar with online purchasing, such as Taobao

Self-motivated, energetic and good interpersonal skills

Good command of English & Chinese

Comprehensive in-house trainings will be provided for the applicant.

Responsible for material planning, purchasing and logistics issues.

To monitor suppliers’ performance in term of cost, quality and delivery time

To source new suppliers as alternative sources and involve in price negotiation

To provide ad-hoc support for resolving material shortage problems.

To coordinate with internal teams such as project team, warehouse and factory at PRC
