IT Support Officer

Job Requirement

-Perform end-user equipment and connectivity installation, relocation and upgrade to PC device

-Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines

-Knowledge of VM, Storage and Cloud technologies is preferred

-1 year IT support or related work experience

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

-Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Description

-Manage day-to-day operations, system and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of services projects

-Perform configuration, upgrades, maintenance and installation on hardware and software devices (remote/onsite)

-Provide support service in systems and networks (servers, firewalls, routers & switches)

-Any other ad-hoc IT problem-related tasks including troubleshooting and installation of IT servers and devices
