工作職責
Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Administration or related discipline;
At least 3 years solid product marketing experience, preferably in FMCG and Health food industry;
Track record in new product launch campaign and solid project management experience;
Experience in handling OEM business will be a plus
Experience in different marketing mix covering ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities;
Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills;
Good time-management skills;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, responsible, good communication skill and a good team player;
Fluent in Chinese and English
工位要求
Drive product development and enhancement roadmap to address new market requirements and maintaincompetitiveness
Collect and analyze market, competitors and consumer trends in order to turn key insights into viablebusiness growth opportunities
Responsible for marketing deliverables such as product content, packaging, and manage cross-functionalimplementation for new product launch
Formulate marketing plan and execute the promotion strategies in on and off trade
Monitor the brand performance and A&P spending against the target
Develop and maintain good relationships with business partner to optimize business opportunities
Able to conduct product training and meet up trade customers when needed
