Senior Security Supervisor (New Shopping Mall)

• 2 years of supervisory experience in security; experience in shopping malls is preferred

• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Supervisor

• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate

• Prepare roster, handle emergency cases, assist in Management Office and process documents

• Ensure smooth day-to-day security operation

• Supervise the security guard team and ensure team members perform their duties correctly

• Handle complaints, requests and enquiries; supporting the activities of different departments

• Any ad hoc duties
