工作職責
Banking Teller
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking transactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange transactions, adhering to the bank's policies and procedures to maintain cash drawer accuracy.
Account Management: Assist clients in opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing account closures as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Promote Bank Services: Educate customers about the bank's products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, to meet their financial needs and goals.
Security and Compliance: Strictly follow security protocols and compliance guidelines to safeguard the bank's assets and customer data, including adhering to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
工位要求
Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in banking or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in cash handling and data entry tasks.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
