工作職責
Provide an efficient and professional reception such as greeting guests, handling incoming enquiries, managing conference room and guest registrations, with excellent customer service and courteously manner.
Maintain the tidiness of reception area, conference rooms and pantry.
Coordinate with daily courier.
Provide general administrative support to Administration department.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
工位要求
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, polite and punctual
Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office, including Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
