工作職責
Manage transportation activities, monitor the supplier shipment booking to ensure on-time delivery.
Support market requirements by closely interaction with suppliers and internal parties.
Provide feedback on any mis-alignment with shipment plan to responsible parties (e.g. supplier delay, forwarder space problems).
Maintain data integrity between SEB Asia systems, forwarders and suppliers.
Manage supplier's invoice and market re-invoicing process in SAP.
Follow up on shipping and customs compliance documents to Markets.
Prepare reports for monitoring the daily transportation activities.
工位要求
Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines (recent graduates are welcome).
1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
Solid experience in SAP/other ERP systems is a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Adaptable to change and flexible with good problem-solving skill.
Outstanding eyes for details and precision.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively amongst different parties.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
