Banking Customer Service Ambassador
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking clients, ensuring their financial needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, offering solutions, and ensuring their banking transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the bank's products and services to educate clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and assist with their financial goals.
Compliance and Security: Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols to protect both client data and the bank's assets, ensuring a safe and secure banking environment.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
工位要求
Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry, is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to empathize with clients' needs.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best client experience.
